Columbus Crew SC wants to be a role-model franchise. What would the program to generate talents be like

Columbus Crew is one of the first teams in MLS history. Due to that fact they are alwas seeking to become tendency and pioneer in franchise's management. In that way, Haslam Sports Group became an investor for The Crew strategically on sport terms but also in entertainment opportunities.

The main objective of the program is to improve the pipeline of diverse people by providing a unique, immersive, year-long sports business fellowship opportunity to high-potential, diverse recent college graduates. The idea is to expand the participants’ knowledge of and experience in the business of professional sports, and prepare them for a successful career in this exciting and dynamic industry.

Consequently, four fellows will be selected in a highly competitive application and interview process to join the Haslam Sports Group organization for the twelve month program immediately following their college graduation. Over the course of the year-long program, the fellows are expected to rotate across four disciplines: Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration.
