Many teams in MLS will not be able to receive fans like FC Dallas, so they look for alternatives to make their players feel the support of their fans. Atlanta United Football Club was the first to get down to business thinking in fans chants, in recent days, and Columbus Crews SC follows this team.
Columbus Crews SC, like Atlanta United Football Club, decided to use a stadium-wide recording or sound that echoes the noise of the fans. The club's managers hope that their players will feel the energy transmitted by their fans, despite not being present.
This strategy will be used in a few minutes by Columbus Crews SC for its match against Chicago Fire FC. The game will be the first to be played on the same day as multiple MLS games since returning to the field.
