Steve Cherundolo's side won in their visit to TQL Stadium and showed why they are the leaders of the Western Conference.

And with Kellyn Acosta's goal, plus Danny Musovski's, the Los Angeles team were able to obtain the victory and thus, secure the 3 points available in Week 8, to accumulate 19 points.

On the Cincinnati side, Luciano Acosta scored but his goal could not prevent the defeat of his club, which is now at the bottom of the Western Conference standings, in which they have been placed for several weeks.

Luciano Acosta's goal

Right at the end of the first half, the match was tight even though both clubs had already attacked each other in the first 45 minutes, but at the end of regulation time, Luciano Acosta made his presence felt on the scoreboard.

LAFC goalkeeper Maxime Crépeau was looking a little shaky in his goal and this was taken advantage of by Cincinnati, as the forwards began to put pressure on the Californians' outlet.

And in one of those outings, at minute 45+3, Cincinnati stole the ball and it was right in that attack when they passed the ball to Luciano Acosta, who quickly positioned himself inside the box and without hesitation, shot with power with his right foot, to put the score 1-0 on the scoreboard.

LAFC's response was not long in coming

The goal undoubtedly shook the Angelinos, who went to the break with a goal, but in the second half, they would respond to the goal with a stroke of genius from another Acosta, in this case, Kellyn.

A few minutes into the second half, a series of rebounds in the Cincinnati area left the ball in the legs of Acosta, who shot powerfully towards the goal, so the speed of the shot made it impossible for goalkeeper Roman Celentano to stop the shot.

The score was 1-1, but Los Angeles was not going to stay with just one goal and kept looking for the next goal, which was scored in the 79th minute by Dany Musovski

At that minute, Carlos Vela was outside the Cincinnati area and noticed that "Moose" was running in the direction of Celentano's goal, so he served him a pass which Musovsky took advantage of to shoot and put the final 1-2 of the match.
