Journalist David Medrano reported that Carlos Salcedo has an economic agreement with FC Juárez to be his new player this season. With this, the Mexican defender will have one more experience in Liga MX.

This same journalist points out that Juárez needs to negotiate with Toronto FC to hire Carlos Salcedo. The club is looking for a transfer but this is impossible for the MLS team to accept.

The journalist, Raymundo González, mentioned that the director of Guadalajara, Ricardo Peláez, was the one who contacted FC Juárez and Carlos Salcedo to reach an agreement. Chivas fans are upset because the player will not return to his club.
