Phil Neville is expected to be named Inter Miami's new coach during the next week and change from being the coach of the England women's national team to becoming the coach of Inter Miami in 2021. Everything is ready for the manager Phil Neville to be appointed over the next week as Inter Miami coach led by David Beckham, as the Major League Soccer team was left without a coach since last January 7, after the dismissal of Uruguayan Diego Alonso, who had a very bad step with the Miami team.

The hiring of the English coach Neville was carried out due to the great friendship he has with David Beckham, as both had already several approaches prior to the departure of the Uruguayan Diego Alonso. There is talk of a very good contract that would be around 6 and 9 million dollars. Neville and Beckham played together for Manchester United and for the English team, both are owners of Salford City, a team belonging to the fourth division in England.

The only thing left is for Neville is to solve his departure as coach of the England women's team to start his trip to Miami, where Beckham is already waiting for him to sign his contract as Inter's new coach. It cannot be said that the Uruguayan Alonso had a poor performance with the Miami team, because in the middle of a pandemic and in a season where the reinforcements did not arrive on time, the team managed to get into the playoffs.

However, the club had enormous expectations which were not to be in tenth place in its conference with only seven wins, three draws and 13 losses. Neville was prepared to lead the English women's team for the Olympic Games in Tokyo in this summer, however everything indicates that he will soon leave this project and finally arrive to the United States. Neville is not exactly an experienced manager and has no club level experience as head coach, as he has only been an assistant coach at Manchester United and Valencia.
