The ball rolled again and the Argentine players showed that they are great protagonists of the competition. It's that the forward Gustavo Bou (New England Revolution), the midfielder Luciano Acosta (Cincinnati) and the also attacker Valentín Castellanos (New York City) scored goals in the continuity of the first date of the MLS.

Bou scored in the New England Revolution 2-2 draw, as a visitor, against Chicago Fire, where Gastón Giménez played as a starter and then Ignacio Aliseda entered. Acosta, who played from the start alongside Álvaro Barreal, made it 1-0 for Cincinnati in a 2-2 draw against Nashville on the road. And the Mendoza Castellanos opened the scoring for New York City but then DC United, in the debut as coach of Hernán Losada, turned it around and took the victory at home.

Castellanos and Maximiliano Moralez were starters in the visiting team, while Yamil Asad did the same in the team led by Losada, the youngest coach in the championship at 38 years old. The former Independiente player was hired in January by DC United after a very good first coaching experience in Belgium's first division.

Saturday's match also had FC Dallas (Franco Jara) draw 0-0 against Colorado Rapids and the presentation with defeat of the new franchise, Austin FC, with Tomás Pochettino as the starter, which fell to Los Angeles FC 2-0, as a visitor.

Previously, the teams of Matías Almeyda (San Jose Earthquakes loss 2-1 against Houston Dynamo) and Gabriel Heinze (Atlanta United 0-0 against Orlando City) had also debuted.
