El Salvador tried their best, but were unable to overcome the USMNT, who are on an unstoppable run in the World Cup Qualifiers, and today defeated La Selecta 1-0 to move closer to the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

And the hero of the match this time was not Christian Pulisic, but Antonee Robinson, who in the 52nd minute shot in the area and gave the home team the lead, which El Salvador was unable to reverse

The match was dominated by the Stars and Stripes, who are still in second place in the CONCACAF qualifiers.

Despite the cold weather in Columbus, El Salvador still tried to score on the goal guarded by Matt Turner, but their attempts were unsuccessful and they had to watch their ticket to the World Cup slip away.

And it seems that Berhalter's team will remain in that position, as the Canadian national soccer team is currently beating Honduras with a 2-0 score, which will keep them as leaders of the competition

On the other hand, the Mexican national soccer team needed a miracle to win

Although at the end of the game the Mexican team won with a score of 2-1, most of the game they kept their fans in suspense by not showing their supposed superiority and allowing them to score a goal that weighed on them for almost the entire game

And the was almost due to the fact that Gerardo Martino decided to sit one of his favorites, Rogelio Funes Mori and incorporate Alexis Vega, the Chivas player who became a true miracle for El Tri by participating in Mexico's first goal and scoring the second.
