The harsh warning that Diego Cocca sends Alejandro Zendejas to play with Mexico

Diego Cocca gave his first call as the new coach of the Mexican National Team, the Argentine called 34 players to face the Nations League matches against Jamaica and Suriname. Footballers with a high level were left out like Víctor Guzmán and Andrés Guardado.

Cocca surprised with this call for leaving out the best player in the Mx League, Víctor Guzmán, as well as others who are having a great time such as goalkeeper Miguel Jiménez, midfielder Orbelín Pineda and striker Javier Eduardo López.

The Argentine coach abandoned his intention to summon Alejandro Zendejas, a player who was in a friendly match with the United States team a few weeks ago. Diego Cocca wants to convince the club América midfielder to play for Mexico.

“Alejandro has to make an important decision, you have to give him his time. We want convinced players. He leaves it very expensive and he is going to make a decision, ”Diego Cocca said at a press conference.
