In Mexican soccer there are many cases of players who opt for various luxuries instead of pursuing an important career. Such is the case of Hector Herrera, who could have fought for a place at Atletico Madrid but ended up selling himself to the highest bidder.

In that sense, the footballer would have given up any chance to shine in the soccer elite and now he is just having a hard time. Although, according to information from journalist David Faitelson, he earns $8 million, in soccer and in life, sometimes money is not everything.

In that sense, Herrera is now paying the karma for all his decisions and is not having a good time at his new club, the Houston Dynamo. He arrived as a star reinforcement, but has not performed as expected. He has been singled out by several local journalists.

How is Herrera doing in MLS?

It turns out that the player has not been able to opt for the leadership role that was expected and is suffering in the Houston Dynamo team. The team is in the middle of the table and so far, is out of the playoffs.
