Hirving Lozano's terrible injury in Napoli vs Leicester match

Mexican striker Hirving Lozano suffered a terrible injury during the Napoli vs Leicester match and had to leave on a stretcher. The terrible incident occurred in the 40th minute of the match. 

In that minute, Lozano took the ball after midfield and as he faced and confronted Wilfred Ndidi, "Chucky" slipped and crashed full-on into the legs of the Nigerian player. 

Lozano fell to the ground and was immobilized for a couple of minutes and made clear signs of pain by holding his hands to his face. 

The medical staff on duty at the Europa League immediately entered the field and after checking him, they decided to put him in a neck brace and remove him from the field. 

So far, it is not known how serious the injury to Lozano is and how long he could be away from the field, which set off alarm bells in the Mexican national soccer team. 

This is because in January Mexico has a match against Jamaica and another against Costa Rica, for which it depends on the player's talent. 

The match was 2-2, after the Italians lost their 2-0 lead, in a match in which they are playing for a place in the next round.

Lozano was replaced by Kevin Malcuit, a right-back who will have to play in the winger position due to the multiple absences of the Neapolitan team.

Although the severity of the Mexican player's injury is unknown at this time, the images seem to indicate that the injury is similar to the one he suffered during his Gold Cup match, when he collided with Marvin Phillip, goalkeeper of Trinidad and Tobago.

Although there is still no official confirmation of the Napoli player's health condition, on Twitter journalist Daniel Martinez, based in Italy since 1999, has given important updates. 

Shortly after the match, the journalist broadcast on his Twitter account that Hirving Lozano was immediately transferred to the San Paolo hospital, located in Naples. 

The reporter said that the player would undergo a CT scan to rule out major damage to the Napoli winger. 

Later, he released unofficial information about Lozano's state of health and the information was not at all encouraging, as the player had lost a tooth, and it is feared that the Azzurri player may have suffered a fractured nasal septum.

Hirving Lozano, like many professional footballers has suffered various injuries throughout his life.
