Juarez wanted to find stability in the championship after losing by the minimum against Necaxa, as they are in ninth position with five points. Miguel Herrera's men, on the other hand, defeated two-time champion Atlas last match day, reaching the top of the standings, a position they intend to keep.

On the local side, the "Bravos" are looking for more consistency to get closer to the top of the table. In this scenario, the team coached by the Argentine Hernán Cristante will be looking to recover after losing 1-0 against Necaxa on the previous matchday, which placed them in ninth position in the Mexican First Division with five points.

Tigres have become one of the main protagonists of the current Mexican soccer season. In fact, the team coached by Miguel "Piojo" Herrera defeated two-time champion Atlas 2-0 in their last match and became one of the leaders of the competition, together with Monterrey and Toluca, with nine points.
