Juan Reynoso is not happy with Cruz Azul’s new management, as reports suggest he presented his resignation letter to the ownership while not even letting Jaime Ordiales know about his intentions, although it’s yet to be seen if he remains with La Máquina.
Cruz Azul lost the chance of becoming Liga MX leader after their defeat against Necaxa
The new Sporting Director, who took over the role that Álvaro Dávila had until last week, is not keen on the idea of having Reynoso as Los Cementeros’ coach, something he was very outspoken since the Peruvian arrived in Cruz Azul a year ago.
Reynoso proved him wrong by winning the first Liga MX championship in 23 years for La Máquina, and now that relationships broke inside Cruz Azul, Chivas will try to take advantage of the situation and snatch Reynoso out of Cruz Azul.
It’s yet to be seen if he’ll end his link with Cruz Azul, but for him to arrive in Chivas, Juan Reynoso will request to acquire new players on the next transfer window, as the current roster needs help to become a contender in Liga MX. He’ll also ask a salary of $2 million per year.
