So far, Solari has been eliminated in quarterfinals in the two season he’s been Las Águilas coach and lost the final of CONCACAF Champions League against Monterrey, who were ridiculed in FIFA Club World Cup. The only thing that Solari can show off is that for Apertura 2021, América was leader of Liga MX.

But now, after 110 days of not knowing what a victory feels like and a beginning of Clausura 2022 where they’ve yet to win their first match, people are already asking for Solari’s demotion, something that Ricardo “Tuca” Ferretti might take advantage of, as he’s looking for a new challenge worthy of his resumé.

Although he is under contract with Juárez FC, Ferretti knows that if the opportunity arrives, he wouldn’t say no to Las Águilas, but in order to become América’s next team, he’ll request that Santiago Baños also leaves, and instead he’ll place his own Sport Director: Antonio Sancho.
