The wait is over at Chivas, they already have the new coach and would sign Chicharito
Chivas already has a new coach and would arrive from Spain in addition to seeking and signing Javier Hernandez
Fernando Hierro, Chivas' new sporting director, is already in Spain in search of a new coach for the Guadalajara team. In his presentation, the Spaniard assured that he is looking for a coach with European experience and who will abide by the club's philosophy at its best.
For this reason, it seems that Hierro is already closing in on a coach of his great confidence in the time he has spent in Spain as a manager or footballer. This is a coach who has managed some clubs in the Spanish league and could finally join Chivas after Hierro finishes convincing him.

The profile that Chivas is following, according to AS, is Albert Celades, a Spanish coach who has been in teams like Valencia or the U21 Spanish national team. He happens to be the strategist that Hierro is looking for. Someone who likes to work with youngsters and can get the most out of the squad they put at his disposal.
Can Celades convince Chicharito?
For Javier Hernandez to arrive, it is a combination of factors where both Hierro, Celades and Amaury Vergara must act in sync. According to W Deportes, Vergara, president of the club, has already given signs for Hernandez to be the club's big signing and the Mexican, upon seeing the serious project with Celades at the head, could end up accepting. However, Chicharito's salary is one of the main limitations.
