Neither Necaxa nor Cruz Azul, the new destination of 'Chofis' Lopez

Javier Eduardo López, who still belongs to Chivas de Guadalajara, will play in the upcoming Apertura 2022 Tournament in Liga MX. Although speculation in the transfer market has placed him in the interest of Necaxa or Cruz Azul, now another club has appeared and plans to sign the midfielder as a reinforcement for next season.

The Liga MX Apertura 2022 Tournament is only a week away and the transfer market seems not to have heard about it, as teams are still looking for reinforcements to have a competitive team that will allow them to meet their objectives, but very few have confirmed reinforcements, as in the case of Chivas, which has only announced fullback Alan Mozo and midfielder Fernando González.

The Chivas board has not published a transfer list but has a group of players that it is offering as bargaining chips or available to other Liga MX clubs. Of these, only Javier Eduardo López has aroused the interest of some directors, although it seems that he has already found a destination for the coming semester.

Chofis López, according to information provided by Mediotiempo, would be close to joining the Gallos Blancos de Querétaro, who are interested in the services of the midfielder, due to his experience in both Liga MX and Major League Soccer (MLS).
