According to a statement released by the institution, the right-winger, who was dismissed from the first team, has returned to the squad and could play today's match against the Rayos.

Who is the Felinos player accused of aggression who has returned to the team and could play in the Necaxa vs Tigres match?

The Tigres player who was accused of assault is Mexican right-winger Raymundo Fulgencio, who was accused of assaulting a man in a nightclub and was therefore separated from the squad for more than a month.

The player was separated from the club because a man accused him of assault in the parking lot of a nightclub, and supported his complaint with a video that was shared on social networks.

In that video, Fulgencio is allegedly seen kicking a man who is lying on the ground, which is why the Tigres board of directors decided to remove him from the squad. And, curiously, he was reinstated today.

It is curious because yesterday there were reports that the player would no longer be part of the institution's plans, and that he would be sold at the end of the tournament, as the club is taking the issue of aggression very seriously.

However, the press release released states that the player is rejoining the Tigres' first team.

What does the Tigres press release say?

This is the message the club released through their press release:

"Raymundo Fulgencio is reinstated to the Tigres first team.

In compliance with the club's regulations and the corresponding disciplinary measures, as well as the legal processes, our player Raymundo Fulgencio is reinstated to the first team".

What is known about the aggression in which Raymundo Fulgencio was allegedly involved?

According to Mexican media reports, on March 21, after Tigres beat Rayados 2-0 in the Clasico Regio, the player went to a bar to celebrate.

And supposedly in that bar, the player met a person named Alex Cedillo, who was the ex-boyfriend of Fulgencio's cousin.

According to the Mexican media, Cedillo would be the one to blame for the fact that Raymundo Fulgencio's cousin and aunt took their own lives, which is the reason for the aggression.

Cedillo stated that Fulgencio and five other people took him out of the nightclub where he was and beat him in the parking lot of the place, for which he filed a complaint with the authorities.

Although Tigres learned of this incident, today they decided to return the player to the club without informing them about the legal status of Raymundo Fulgencio.
