After many weeks of waiting, and a World Cup in between, Mexican soccer and Liga MX have finally returned. Club America returned to action with an unfavorable result and a welcome for its new captain, which did not please the Coapa team's fans.
The Azteca stadium witnessed a game that ended goalless and with a bitter start for both teams. The visitors came into the game more concentrated and were the owners of the first dangerous actions in the match. However, some of the spotlight was captured by the team's new captain.
