Solari lost his mind during the first game of Clausura 2021 against Puebla in the 1-1 draw at Estadio Cuauhtémoc, as he was sent-off after jumping in the pitch, running across it and facing the referee regarding a yellow card that was given to Roger Martínez after a foul.

According to Liga MX´s rulebook, Solari was facing a sanction of up to six games for running on the pitch without permission and up to eight games if he insulted the referee or any of the players during his sprint on the pitch.

Luckily for him, the referee didn’t write down any kind of insults from Club América’s coach, as he only registered that the Argentinean coach invaded the pitch and complained about the referee’s decision, meaning he will only have to serve one game out as a punishment from the red card he was given.
