The Atlas goalkeeper put his hands in to save a shot by Gignac while out of the area, which earned him a red card in the 5th minute of the match.

Goalkeeper, Camilo Vargas, who has been pointed out as the hero of the Atlas two-time championship, made a childish mistake against Tigres when it was only the fifth minute of the match at Tigres.

Vargas came out to cut off a dangerous play by Tigres, twice he was able to save with his foot, but on the third, in a shot by André-Pierre Gignac, wanting to surprise because there was no goalkeeper, Camilo put his hands out of the area to save.

This action was a red card and, incredibly, the referee, Marco Antonio Ortiz, was only going to show him a yellow card, but in response to complaints from the feline players, he rectified his decision and sent him off.

To cover the goal, Diego Cocca had to sacrifice Jesús Ocejo to leave his place to goalkeeper José Hernández at minute 10.

Camilo was booed off the field, as he refused to leave the field, it took him five minutes to do so and when he was almost to the dressing room, he stood on the back line, causing more boos from the fans.

Unlike Vargas

Camilo is such a disciplined player that this is only the second expulsion in his career, the first time occurred playing with Independiente de Santa Fe in the final phase of the Colombian League against Once Caldas, this in the last minute, on June 27, 2013.
