Zlatan Ibrahimovic is having an impressive season so far. Despite his age, the Swedish attacker has showed the entire world how professional and top-talented he is, being the key player from AC Milan while the Italia side stands in the first position on Serie A. The striker celebrated 10 goals after just seven games played and adds 11 in the entire season.

But at Milan they know that Zlatan won’t be forever. Despite it is not something he is talking about, they think that retirement may arrive at any moment for Ibrahimovic. With 39 years old and after some difficult injuries, it is not crazy to think that his professional career may reach an end soon.

Working on who could be his replacement, sports advisers from Milan have spotted that there is a forward in Serie A that could perfectly replace him. He is Andrea Belotti, the captain from Torino, aged 27 who has scored 101 goals after 209 games played. His career passed entirely on the Italian league, as he was formed at UC AlbinoLeffe, then moved to US Palermo and finally to Torino.

With a contract until June 2022, the attacker didn’t show many intentions on making a renewal, which could mean that he may have intentions on moving for free. Actually, he has a reported value of $40 million, according to specialized website Transfermarkt. His signing is tied to what Ibrahimovic decides about his future, after an incredible career in which he played for FC Barcelona, Juventus, Inter, PSG, Manchester United, Ajax, LA Galaxy and Malmo.
