Real Madrid is under a period of transition given some players are approaching the end of their contracts, apart from the possible arrivals or departures in the squad towards 2021-2022 season. Meanwhile, Zinedine Zidane is taking some decisions in his mind regarding that, and apparently, he has some shocking plans in his head.

The French coach has allegedly decided to get rid of three very big names that have allegedly ended their period in the club, and could be sentenced to leave the squad, possibly, in this summer’s transfer market. They all have something in common: their contracts expire in June 2022, as reported by Spanish newspaper ABC.

Isco Alarcón was already suspected to be transferred and was going to be given to PSG in order to help Kylian Mbappé’s transfer. But the winger is definitely set to leave no matter if it is as part of a negotiation or not. He arrived in 2013 after Real Madrid paid $36 million to Malaga, where he lasted two years after joining from Valencia.

A legendary name like Marcelo could be also set to leave, which could mean the biggest shock in the transfer market. After 14 years in Madrid, the Brazilian left-back could depart soon. But another left-footed icon could live: Gareth Bale. He will return on summer from his loan in Tottenham, and might be a free agent in 2022.
