Paul Pogba has suffered an injury that could rule him out of action until the new year during training for France in the international window. Pogba was seen in a video that went viral on the internet holding his thigh after taking a shot.

Initial scans revealed Pogba will be out injured for 8-10 weeks which means he will play no part in any games for France and Manchester United again this year with reports saying he could have played his last game for United with the club willing to ship him out.

Donny Van de Beek was signed by United from Ajax in the summer of 2020 and found playing time hard to come by, the excuse was slow adaptation but it was more of Ole Gunnar Solskjær not trusting that Dutch and failing to give him the opportunity to impress.

Beek has started this season in a similar manner. He pushed for a move away from United even if its on loan in the summer but unsuccessful. Pogba's injury could give him a chance but with Ole preferring Fred and McTominay in midfield and Bruno Fernandes behind the striker, his story could remain the same.
