“After carefully considering our options in Europe, we decided it was a perfect fit for Sergio to join Las Palmas,” sporting director Zoran Krneta, said in a club statement. The central midfield would need time playing soccer in order to achieve the goals Charlotte set to him.
UD Las Palmas is a big club that every year fights for returning to the First Division. Many teams in LaLiga2 are competitive so Ruiz will have to show what his performance can be. " We look forward to welcoming Sergio back to Charlotte ahead of our 2022 inaugural season, " finished Krneta.
