Who should replace Ronaldo in the match vs FC Barcelona?

Juventus has a really long squad and should not have problems to set a team on the peach, but would it be the same without CR7?

FC Barcelona will face Juventus in two weeks for the second round of the Group G at the Champions League. Will Ronaldo be able to play? Italians fans hope so, but he has been forced to stay in quarantine for at least ten days. Juventus has enough weapons to play, but we will see which one they should use if they need to.

If we look at the full squad, Juve only has 3 forwards and those are Cristiano Ronaldo, Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata. It would be easy to think of a team with the Argentinian and the Spanish on the front and 4 midfielders but it might not be the best option if Andrea Pirlo wants to establish a high pressure against FC Barcelona.

The coach also has some players that could be more offensive if he is planning on playing 4-3-3. Federico Bernardeschi and Federico Chiesa are both players that could be third forward playing aside with Morata and Dybala but that would put a substitute player to play in Ronaldo’s position and that could be a bit hard.

Now let’s see the worst option. In these last International matches Dybala was not able to play for Argentina, what if he misses the match against FC Barcelona too? That would left the squad with only one forward, Morata and would force Pirlo to set a couple of midfielders to play in a new position which could be really interesting.
