Paris Saint-Germain lined up their three feared attackers in Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr and Kylian Mbappe but it was young striker Charles De Ketelaere who was one of the standout performers of the match as Club Brugge held the most expensive squad in the world to a draw.

His first Champions League match was against Paris Saint-Germain in 2019 when Brugge lost 5-0 and fast forward to 2021, he was one of the difference makers as the club held Paris to a draw in the Champions League.

Charles De Ketelaere is a 20 year old striker. He's a citizen of Belgium and has only played for Club Brugge, he came through the club's academy and made his senior debut in 2019 in a Belgian Cup match and has been a regular for the club since then.

De Ketelaere has played 56 games and scored eight goals and has won three trophies for the club, the Belgian first division trophy in 2020 and 2021 as well as the Belgian Super Cup in 2021. He was named the Belgian promising talent of the year in 2020. He has played for all youth levels of the Belgian national team and has one cap for the senior national team.
