Another Super star that may be absent in Qatar is Euro 2020 winner, Champions League and Ballon d'Or nominee Jorginho, Italy has fallen off of form just few months after winning the Euro 2020 and their destiny will be determined by a fearful play-off to make it to Qatar.
Erling Haaland, Memphis Depay, Zlatan Ibrahimovic are some of the faces that will likely not make it to Qatar 2022 come next year. Their country has failed to secure enough points to book a precious spot in the FIFA World Cup and taking the dangerous route of play-off is not a guarantee.
