However, there was no problem for the highest paid players, as they continued to receive their customary millions.

In the list of the players who won the most in 2020 made by Forbes, the first places without a doubt went to Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar. However, there are also a few other names entering the top 10 list for the first time with some of the best salaries in the leagues in Europe.

Lionel Messi

The Argentine is the leader of the list, being the soccer player with the most money generated due to his work on the field, with a salary of 74.8 million euros, however adding all his other income, the Argentine forward accumulated more than 102.5 million.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Second place on the list is held by the Portuguese, after having lost the top spot last year. Ronaldo has a salary of 57 million euros from Juventus, however, he exceeded 95 million for his business dealings and advertising.

The star of PSG receives a salary greater than Cristiano Ronaldo, which is 63.4 million euros for his club, with just over 15 million earned through advertising and sponsors.
