What Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronaldinho and Mohamed Salah have in common

Ronaldinho, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah. Four names that shocked soccer fans all around the world, scoring so many goals and winning so many trophies for Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Juventus and more top European sides since the last 20 years.

Of course, there are many more players who did the exact same thing, but specifically these four players have something in common right now. These were selected out of a small group of players because of a voting where millions of fans from every corner in the planet took part.

They were nominated for the Dubai Globe Soccer Awards, and will compete for the award given to the best player of the 21st century. There will be another one for the best player of 2020, disputed with the same final three players of FIFA's The Best: the Argentinian, the Portuguese and Robert Lewandowski.

Other awards will be directed to the best coach of the century (Pep Guardiola, Zinedine Zidane, Jose Mourinho and Sir Alex Ferguson) and best club of the century (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Al Ahly), among other prizes. The winners will be announced tomorrow.
