After the arrival of Ronald Koeman as Barcelona's new technical director, the Catalan entity lived through times of change and an important purification within the squad. In addition to Ivan Rakitic, the Dutch strategist explained to Luis Suárez that it would not be a priority and recommended that he seek a new destination.

One of the first interested in wanting to hire the services of the Uruguayan forward was Juventus of Italy. However, to land in Turin there was no less obstacle to overcome: he had to have Italian citizenship, since the Vecchia Signora had no free space for foreigners.

El Pistolero went on September 17 to the University for Foreigners of Perugia to take the Italian B1 exam that would allow him to obtain a passport. The footballer remained at the center of the scene due to an investigation carried out for several months by the Finance Guard of the Public Ministry of Perugia, which suspects the transparency of these examinations.

According to Corriere della Sera, the Judicial Branch of Perugia has in its possession dozens of WhatsApp chats and emails that reveal the close contacts between the Turin club and important public officials to facilitate the answers to these examinations. Even the Italian newspaper published this morning a hidden camera in which two people test Luis Suárez to obtain his citizenship.

In the video you can corroborate how the teachers ask the questions that the Uruguayan knew beforehand. Despite studying them in advance, the athlete answered, in some passages of the interview, with a mixture between Italian and Spanish. After telling some details about his family and children, Suárez explained that he has been a professional footballer for 15 years and that he currently lives in Barcelona, although before he went through Dutch and English football.

“In my free time I play the PlayStation with my children. Afterwards, I really like to drink mate, make roasts with my friends and family ”, was one of the phrases released by the former Ajax and Liverpool who finally did not disembark at Juventus and signed a contract with Atlético Madrid del Cholo Simeone.

In another part of the exam, Luis Suárez had to describe two of the four images shown to him. In the first one he chose he began to describe the scene as a mother with a child, but when he saw that he had gotten stuck in explaining him, one of the teachers helped him by telling him that they were shopping. He then pointed out the clothing that each of the people in that drawing wore. “There are four people. A father, a mother, a son and a daughter making food”, he commented on the other photograph.

At the end of the video, which lasts a little over 19 minutes, and after the test was finished, some of the authorities and employees of the University entered the classroom to meet, talk with the Uruguayan star and ask him for some photographs. Minutes later three children also appeared, to take a souvenir of the forward. He also signed some autographs on some photos.

It is worth noting that the Guardia di Finanza made the decision to suspend the rector of the university, Giuliana Grego, the director Simone Olivieri and the professors who examined the Uruguayan forward.
