Last weeks hace been rough for the environment at Paris Saint-GermainThomas Tuchel was sacked following a 4-0 win after a turbulent relationship with Leonardo, the sports director. The third place in Ligue 1 was the perfect excuse to sack him and Szolt Low, his assistant, gave an interview and talkes about the experience.

Low, who has followed Tuchel since 2018, talked to the Hungarian paper Nemzeti Sport and gave his insight on Tuchel's sacking. He said he noticed the tension between them given their different ideas, and stated that he would follow the German everywhere and would not have stayed even if he was asked.

About his experience with PSG, Low told that this staff had clearly overperformed given the rivals, the injuries and coronavirus cases, and the sacking was incomprehensible because of the successes and the UEFA Champions League final achieved last season, lost to Bayern Munich last August.

Lastly, the assistant remembered fondly the players who took the time to text him and send best wishes. Kylian Mbappe was one of them, but Neymar did nothing. That made Low feel proud of the efforts the staff did in Paris. Now Mauricio Pochettino will take over and will continue what Tuchel and his staff left.
