This is Liverpool’s plan to get Kylian Mbappé: Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mané are furious

Is Kylian Mbappé the most desired soccer player in the world? Well, he currently is chased by several clubs, as many or even more than the ones that look for the big free transfers that are available in summer like Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, David Alaba, Memphis Depay or Sergio Agüero. In Liverpool are posing their eyes on the 22-year-old Frenchman.

The big dream of Jürgen Klopp is Mbappé, so he is for Real Madrid’s president Florentino Pérez. But the Spanish giants seem to be on the hunt for Bundesliga’s biggest star, Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland. That could leave the road clear for the Reds to go for the Frenchman.

But where would you fit Mbappé in the 4-3-3 tactical system which earned Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool the UEFA Champions League in 2019? Mohamed Salah, Roberto FIrmino and Sadio Mané are the power trio that gave nightmares to every English Premier League defender. Despite that, they are not untouchable for the club, as rumors suggest.

As reported by ESPN, Liverpool could look to sell Salah or Mané… or perhaps both, in order to earn some fresh cash that can make Mbappé’s move more affordable. Because it will be extremely expensive: PSG is asking €200 million to release the 2018 World Cup Best Under 21 player. That would equal to $242 million.
