This weekend there will be a new edition of Le Classique, with Olympique de Marseille and Paris Saint Germain as protagonists, in Ligue 1 in France. This confrontation has a great historical significance and the fans of ‘Les Minots’ sent a warning to Lionel Messi, who will play this classic for the first time.

With a couple of days to go before the match, Marseille fans gathered near the club's facilities to express their support. A man highlighted the specialness of this confrontation and revealed that nothing will be saved against Lionel Messi in the stands.

"We are going to whistle Lionel Messi throughout the game. It is an enemy. He went to Paris Saint Germain and therefore he is not a friend of ours and we hope to break that streak that 10 years ago we did not beat them here", said some fans in the run-up to the match.

Recall that the matches Marseille vs. PSG are usually of great intensity and during the last times they saw each other, they did not reach the final whistle calmly: there were fights between the players and even expulsions. The competitiveness that exists between both institutions is very great.

Due to this, Ligue 1 decided that PSG fans cannot attend the Vélodrome Stadium, in order to avoid any type of incidents. This time, Lionel Messi and company will have to play with the entire public against them, although they are used to high levels of demand and that could be a motivation.
