They compare him to Lionel Messi, he is 16 years old and this is the impressive contract with which Nike shielded him

Borussia Dortmund is known for signing fresh new players and transforming them into international stars. Football found great players there like Robert Lewandowsky, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Marco Reus and now, Erling Haaland. This season, a new kid made his debut and he they compared him to Lionel Messi.

We are talking about Youssoufa Moukoko. He is a striker that plays for Germany and he became the youngest player of Bundesliga. He turned 16 last November.  He has already signed a contract with Borussia Dortmund and he is about to sign one with Nike, like Messi when he was young.

Before signing with Adidas, Messi had a contract with Nike in which he recived 180 thousand per year. People from Bundesliga believed that Moukoko will get almost 10 times this amount, because Nike wants to secure him for the future in case he become an international star.

He only made one appearance for Dortmund but he has already played for the under 20 Germany Team. The coach Guido Streichsbier said that the 16-year-old striker is really talented and is going to be something special. Is this the new Lionel Messi? It seems to be.
