They call him the Mexican Messi, he exploded in anger and wants to go to this team

The name of Luka Romero appeared during 2020, as it was said that there was a wonder kid in Spain with very similar conditions to the ones that Lionel Messi had in his time at La Masía. With just 16 years old this offensive midfielder caught the attention of all the world and has been named as the new Messi.

The first grand fight he had been involved in regards the national team for which he plays. The boy was born in Durango, Mexico, and lived in Spain since very young but plays for Argentina, the country in which his parents were born. After a big dispute, he is convinced on continue playing for that national team and doesn’t have plans to change.

Romero was formed in SD Formentera, moved to PE Sant Jordi and afterwards arrived to Mallorca. Despite he already made his professional debut and even scored his first goal, he is not happy right now with the few chances that he is receiving and by the fact of being said that he needs to be calm because he will be playing one day.

During the season, Romero has been sat on the bench in 10 matches without entering, while in the other six ones he played just a bunch of minutes. With Mallorca occupying the second position on Spanish Second Division, the panorama for him seems not to be changing soon, and he is clearly thinking on making a move during the next season to go to a place where he can play more.
