After six years playing together at Barcelona, Luis Suárez finally left the club in this transfer window to join Atlético de Madrid. The deal put an end to his long term relationship in the field with Lionel Messi. But just ten days after their farewell, they've reunited again in a particular context.

Messi was traveling to Argentina, to represent his national team in the World Cup Qualifiers, and invited Suárez and some other Argentinian players, as Marcos Acuña, Lucas Ocampos, Guido Rodríguez and Paulo Dybala, to join him in the trip to South America, as the flies are suspended due to the pandemic of coronavirus.

Suárez will arrive to Buenos Aires with the rest of his colleagues and will take another plane to Montevideo, where he will join the team coached by Oscar Tabárez. While Argentina will be playing against Ecuador and Bolivia, Uruguay will be doing it against Chile and Ecuador.

It was an idea from Messi to invite other South American players to travel with him in his $15 million valued private plane, that he bought in 2004. The Argentinian Football Association (AFA) pleasantly accepted his offer to collaborate in this difficult situation.
