Raúl Jiménez was having an incredible season so far, but life played a trick on him. The Mexican attacker was injured after crashing his head with defender Brazilian David Luiz on the game between Arsenal and Wolverhampton. The forward had to leave the field urgently to the hospital.

After some days on bewilderment, it was revealed that Jiménez will have to take some hard measures to recover. It was confirmed that the attacker will need to use a helmet, as the one that Petr Cech worn on his days, for the next four to six months to complete his recovery.

It was also said that Jiménez won’t be able to give headers, even though those are just rumoring and will have to wait for the official confirmation from the club. The match finally ended with a victory from Wolves 2-1, but nobody cared too much as the Premier League side lost a top-quality player.

The fractured skull arrived in a moment in which Jiménez had played nine PL matches scoring four goals and being the top-scorer of his side. He was also having a good moment with Mexico national team, with which he scored two goals in the last two games of the FIFA international break.
