To be a top legend, as Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James or Floyd Mayweather, talent alone is not enough. Top players from all the sports, soccer, box, golf or whichever it is, have proved to do very strict diets and take a lot of care when eating, as they need their bodies to be in perfect form to compete.

It is known that all the top athletes follow strict diets, in which they cannot eat certain types of food, that damage their organism and provoke them to have more weight than the one they really need. One of the most emblematic cases is the one of Messi, who had to stop drinking soda as he vomited on the field when playing.

But there are certain events that occur a few times a year in which these top players are able to exceed themselves and eat or drink more than regularly. Messi does it when he puts caramelized milk on his toast, according to what British newspaper The Sun published lately.

Other figures do also have their permitted servings that are not that healthy. Cristiano likes to eat pizza with his son sometimes, while Tiger Woods prefers French fries or potato chips with meat, and Floyd Mayweather loves fried chicken or hamburgers. Very common foods that are almost prohibited for top athletes, that are only allowed to eat them very few times a year.
