The reasons for Hirving Lozano's glorious resurgence in Napoli

After the first four games of the Italian Serie A, the Napoli forward Hirving Lozano is one of the six players who are leading the scoring standings. He has the same number of goals as stars of the league such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Milan, Romelu Lukaku from Inter and Alejandro Gomez from Atalanta.

Lozano was a starter in the last three games of the Italian team. He scored two goals in the 6-0 win over Genoa and the same number of goals in the 4-1 victory against Atalanta. "Chucky" is going through one of the best times of his career. However, it was different a few months ago. 

In the last season, Lozano did not have a great performance. However, he made a great effort during the preseason of the team directed by Gennaro Gattuso. It was the Italian coach who asked a Napoli leader not to sell Lozano, because he would make him play as a starter.

In 2019, Hirving Lozano left PSV Eindhoven from the Netherlands' Eredivisie and signed for Napoli for 46.5 million dollars, making him the highest transfer fee paid for a Mexican player in the history. Since then, he has scored nine goals in 37 games. Four of them were scored in the last three games.
