Chivas couldn't complete a very good season, after losing some key matches that left them out the top four teams on Apertura Liga MX. For now, the team coached by Víctor Manuel Vucetich stands 9th on the league after earning 22 points out of 15 games played and are qualifying to the Guard1anes 2020.

But, Chivas sport advisers are already working on who could arrive to the club for next season in order to improve the team performance. Fans have claimed that an attacker should arrive, as José Juan Macías, Alexis Vega and Uriel Antuna hasn't yet accomplished their very best level.

For that reason, rumors indicate that Chivas will go and try to sign America striker Henry Martín. Aged 27, the forward plays since January 2018 for América, when the club bought him from Xolos Tijuana. With a contract remaining until June 2021 and 39 goals scored after 112 appearances, Martín could now try at a new club.

Chivas lost their last game against Cruz Azul on Week 15 and fans exploded on social media asking for immediate reaction of the team. In the last two games, they will be facing Pumas (October 31) and Monterrey (November 7) to try to qualify to the next stage of the tournament.
