The numbers do not lie: the millionaire loss that Chicharito Hernandez generates to the LA Galaxy compared to what Ibrahimovic did

After Ibrahimovic's departure from La Galaxy, the MLS club hired Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez thinking that he would be the perfect replacement for the Swede. Things did not go as expected and after a season they are already thinking of yielding or selling Hernandez since the only thing he generates is millionaire losses.

Although the salary of both was not so different since Ibrahimovic earned about $ 8 million annually and Hernandes is close to $ 7.5 million, the problem is in what each generates. Ibrahimovic revolutionized LA Galaxy with record sales of t-shirts and tickets. Today in the LA Galaxy nobody wants Chicharito Hernandez.

In addition to his salary, Hernandez cost him about $ 10 million to transfer from Sevilla. If we add that Chicharito Hernandez only scored one goal in 10 games so far, the only thing that generates the LA Galaxy is loss. From LA Galaxy they are very angry with the performance of the Mexican forward and are thinking of giving him to Liga MX.

Counting the initial investment plus the salary per year that LA Galaxy must pay Hernandez, so far he has invested almost $ 20 million dollars and did not see any return on that investment. With Ibrahimovic in the LA Galaxy it was all rosy colors and since the arrival of Hernandez things have been very complicated in Los Angeles.
