The Argentinian gave a legend about his future at the Catalan side.
The future of Lionel Messi is in the air and nobody can’t yet affirm what he will be doing on the next season. The Argentinian legend tried to leave FC Barcelona after more than 20 years at the club during the past summer, but ex-president Josep María Bartomeu denied his that possibility.
Without Bartomeu and with his contract ending on June 2021, there are now serious options on him moving on. The idol joined the club to play for La Masía, when he was just 13 years old and, since then, he kept loyal forever. But now he thinks that the lack of a winner sport project is key to force his departure.
Even though everyone is talking about where he is going to move, the playmaker has made a statement that excites Barça fans about his chances of staying. The no. 10 said that he will try to gain every title this campaign and that he is now felling better than some months ago, when receiving the trophy from Marca for being the top-scorer of LaLiga last season.
However, Messi has clear offered to move as Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are the two big clubs that intend to sign him. Both offer him a multimillionaire contract and the possibility to play many more years as a professional player. Until now, nothing has been defined and everything is possible.
