The new Lionel Messi for whom Manchester United will pay a fortune

Argentina is still waiting for their new Lionel Messi to appear. The historical no. 10 from FC Barcelona took the flag from Diego Armando Maradona in his country, but it is now hard to find who could be occupying the role that Messi had in the national team during the last years.

There were many named as the successor of him, as Paulo Dybala for example, but none of them could compete at the level he did. At Argentina there is now a talent rising that many assure that he could transform into the new Messi one day. He is Thiago Almada, the wonder kid aged 19 that plays for Vélez Sársfield.

Almada is an attacker with short stature that has incredible skills and conditions. He was born in Fuerte Apache, the same humble neighborhood in which Carlos Tevez did so. After a hard childhood, he transformed into a soccer played and is now the most expensive one from the whole Argentine league.

Manchester United has been advancing for him and is already in contact with Vélez to negotiate, according to British press. The Red Devils have been signing some top talented players, as Facundo Pellistri or Donny van de Beek, and are looking forward to doing the same with Almada in the future.
