His haters criticize his vanity, tip him as an arrogant player, but nobody can deny the talent he shows in the field. Also, Cristiano Ronaldo has showed many good gestures to those people who are in need. Now, he has helped a boy who is battling against cancer, as his sister-in-law Ivana Rodríguez, commented.
Tomás is an eight-year-old boy from Portugal, who is battling against a neuroblastoma, the most common shape of cancer in children. It is originated from malignant cells in the adrenal glands, neck, chest or spinal cord, as precised by MedioTiempo. It was detected on him by September 2019, when Cristiano Ronaldo was opening his second season in Juventus.

The first treamtents had a good effect in Tomás’ condition, but things turned bad again last October. He was needing more procedures on him, which were not affordable by the boy’s family. They quickly started making their big effort to make his situation viral and therefore, trying to raise the money they needed.
Ivana Rodríguez, Georgina’s sister, posted a story announcing Tomás was on his way to Barcelona to receive his new treatments that can now save his life. Ivana thanked Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina for their contribution and providing the funds the boy’s family needed to give him a new chance.
