The hard life decision that Kevin Prince Boateng almost made because of Lionel Messi

Although Kevin Prince Boateng did not succeed in FC Barcelona and was only a short time, he got to share many hours of training with Lionel Messi. That was when Lionel Messi performed a particular action that forever marked Kevin Prince Boateng's life. According to Boateng himself, he was about to stop playing football because of that action.

Before he arrived at FC Barcelona, Boateng thought that the best player in the world was Cristiano Ronaldo but when he saw him train Lionel Messi he realized that what the Argentine did with the ball was not normal. That's when he thought about retiring from football because he couldn't believe what he was experiencing.

The former AC Milan striker said the moment he saw Lionel Messi train and do wonderful things he felt so small that it made him want to stop playing football. Since Boateng knew he would never be able to reach that level, he was frustrated and it crossed his mind to stop playing. Obviously that is a way of saying since we all know that he was not going to do it.

Currently Kevin Prince Boateng is playing in Monza and says he is enjoying a lower category than Seria A.
