Sergio Agüero came back to the field after four months of absence due to an injury. His comeback was not as he may expected, as he was involved in a very polemic situation. The Argentinian striker put his hand on the shoulder of assistant referee Sian Massey-Ellis and many fans claim a sanction for him.

Manchester City finally won 1-0 against Arsenal at Etihad Stadium and El Kun was replaced by Pep Guardiola after more than an hour. After the victory, the English Football Association cleared that Agüero won't be receiving any sanctions due to his gesture, as it was not an offense for the assistant referee.

The 32 years old striker born in Argentina has lost every single game of the Citizenz this season and also those from the last campaign, due to an injury. Now that he is back, he is supposed to be a key player for Guardiola in the start of this new season.

Agüero had that gesture with Sian Massey-Ellis claiming for a throw-in that he considered it should have been for Manchester City and not for Arsenal. The referee Chris Kavanagh decided not to punish him during the game and so will do the FA.
