The best Liga MX players in FIFA 22 revealed

FIFA released the new ratings for its mobile video game FIFA 22 for all players whose clubs and countries are registered on the game. Below are the best rated footballers playing in the Mexican league.

André-Pierre Gignac - 81

It was no surprise that the 35 years old France international is the highest rated Liga MX player on FIFA 2022 with 81 points. The Tigres UANL Center forward has a total of 19 goals and two assists in all competitions for his team in the 2020/21 season. He also bagged four goals and an assist for France in the Olympics in Japan. 

Jonathan Rodríguez -80

"Cabecita" as he's popularly called is the second highest rated Liga MX player on FIFA 2022 with 80 points. The 28 years old Uruguayan Center forward has 26 goals, seven assists in 45 appearances in all competitions for CD Cruz Azul. He only played five minutes for Uruguay coming in as a substitute against Chile in Copa America. 

Florian Thauvin - 80

Eight goals, 10 assists in 45 appearances in all competitions for Olympic Marseille in 2020/21 season before moving to Tigres UANL at the end of the season is enough to get one an 80 points rating on FIFA 2022. The 28 years old right winger had a good season with Olympique Marseille and France making three appearances in the Olympics for France. 

Rafael Carioca - 79

The Brazilian Defensive Midfielder had just 4 yellow cards in 36 matches coupled with two assists in all competitions for Tigres UANL. The intelligence of the Defensive Midfielder earned him a rating of 79 points on the newly released FIFA 2022 ratings. 

Ángel Mena - 78

With 20 goals, 13 assists in 43 matches across all competitions for León last season the 33 years old right winger was compensated with a rating of 78 on FIFA 2022 for his phenomenal performance. The Ecuador international already has 4goals and an assist for his club this new season. He netted for his country in the last Copa America against Brazil, in the Group B final game.

Luis Alfonso Rodríguez - 78

The 30 years old Right-back is one of the highest rated Mexican players in Liga MX with a rating of 78. He had two goals and three assists in all competitions for Tigres UANL which is a decent run for a Right back. He made 6 appearances for his national team during the 2020/21 season. 

Guido Pizarro - 75

Nicknamed "Conde" the 31 years old Argentine was not a surprise for being rated 75 on FIFA 2022. He plays as a defensive midfielder for Tigres UANL making him the 5th player from the team with not less than 75 FIFA 2022 rating. As a DM he still managed to get a goal and an assist in the last concluded season.
