Wolverhampton had a decent start at Premier League, after earning 13 points on 8 games played and standing ninth on the league. The team coached by Nuno Espírito Santo counted with the greatest form of Raúl Jímenez the Mexican attacker who played all the matches and scored four goals.

Jiménez is having an outstanding season, as he also scored two goals in two games in the last FIFA international break of the year, when playing for his national team, against South-Korea and Japan. After those games, Jiménez could be reunited with a compatriot of him at Wolves, as reports English press.

Edson Álvarez is the player who is being followed by Wolverhampton and that could be moving with Jiménez soon. He was formed on America, as well as the attacker, and on July 2019 signed with Ajax, that paid $15 million for him. Aged 23, the midfielder seems to have a bright future and Wolves are seriously thinking on him.

Jiménez of course could recommend him and make this transfer occur. Álvarez has a contract with the Dutch side until June 2024, so the Premier League team will have to pay a big amount of money to sign him, as his reported value is actually higher than $9 million, according to specialized website Transfermarkt.
