The La Liga president says Fati is better than Mbappé: how do their numbers compare at 18?

The 18 years old has a lot of records when compared to Kylian Mbappe. He is the youngest player to play for Barcelona and Spain and his number is amazing at the age of 18. Fati can be claimed to be Barca’s youngest goal scorer and the youngest scorer in Champions League history.

Despite a series of injuries that have impeded his progress, Fati's talent is never in doubt as he was handed the jersey number 10 in Barcelona after the departure of Lionel Messi. 

According to LaLiga president Javier Tebas, Ansu Fati is as good as Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe. He has scored 29 goals and nine assists in competition. That's quite a fascinating number considering the fact that he was injured for the whole of last season. 

Kylian Mbappe at the age of 18 helped Monaco win the Ligue 1. At the age of 22 he has won almost everything in the world of football with the exemption of UEFA Champions League. But Tebas believes he's no match for Fati. “We always want to add more value to things outside Spain,” Tebas told El Partidazo De Corp. “Unfortunately there is an injured Ansu Fati, but over time he has shown to be equal to or better than Mbappe.”
