In August 2017, Neymar left FC Barcelona and joined Paris Saint-Germain in the most expensive transfer ever: 222 million euro were paid to take the Brazilian to France. But he admitted regretting the move, and tried to come back. There were rumours about an attempt from the Cules of taking him back, but was not successful.

And when it was thought that was now impossible given the crisis that FC Barcelona is going through, Jordi Farre, who will be on Joan Laporta's side in next elections, said that a comeback would still be possible but first, Neymar must apologize and take back his claimsof money not paid to him.

Farre also told that just 15 days after his transfer to PSG, he called asking to come back. But such thing was not possible, and then Philippe Coutinho and Antoine Griezmann were bought with that money later, but those investments did not have good results. He warned that even with a crisis, Lionel Messi could stay and bring Neymar in.

The way to do so would be with a transfer request, where FC Barcelona would pay just around 45 million for taking him back in his last year of contract, although the PSG chairman, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, warned that he would only sell Neymar for 100 million euro. If Laporta wins, the time will tell whether this intelligent move can happen or it was all just a bluff.
