Tottenham have agreed a deal with rivals Manchester City for the transfer of striker Harry in a deal reported to be worth £160m and the player is set to have his wages doubled to £400,000 a week.

Kane made it known at the end of last season of his desire to leave the club where he has spent 11years and scored a lot of goals but has never won any trophy. In the final home game of the season, he was seen applauding the Spurs fans.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy was reluctant to let him leave unless a tempting offer was received, with several clubs interested including Chelsea, Manchester City looks to be the destination for the English goalscorer.

Kane will replace the departed Sergio Aguero who left City after 10years to join Barcelona and link up with his friend Lionel Messi and could take up the vacant number 10 left by Aguero.

Kane was on the losing side in the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City in March and from that point on, he made known his intention to leave the club. He will reunite with former teammate Kyle Walker.
